Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the PDF to JPG Converter.

Which resolution should I choose?

Screen (96 DPI) is great for viewing on phones and websites. High (150 DPI) is a good all rounder and is sharp enough for most uses. Print (300 DPI) gives the best quality for printing, but files are larger.

Can I convert only some pages?

The tool converts all pages, up to 200 per PDF, and you can then download just the pages you need with the Download link under each one.

Can I use the images for OCR?

Yes. Convert scanned PDF pages to JPG at High or Print resolution, then use our Image to Text tool to extract the text.

Is there a page limit?

To keep your browser responsive, the first 200 pages are converted. For longer documents, split the PDF first.
